Want to be the Gachala Skincare Wholesale Distributor? Here is what you would need to do:
First, contact Gachala Skincare and request your wholesale Distributor form. If you are approved to be a Wholesale Distributor for Gachala Skincare, you will be enquired to sign the Wholesale Distributor Agreement, which will be provided by the Company. After Gachala Skincare superiors will provide you with your Wholesale Distributor number and will also certify you as a company Wholesale Distributor, please follow up the requirements provided below.
Minimum Order Value
The minimum order value for Gachala Skincare Wholesale Distributor is $500 CAD. Of course, depending on the individual products you must keep the minimum order value number.
How to place an order
If you are certified Gachala Skincare Wholesale Distributor, explain your how they can place an order with you:
- Mention online web site if you provide online orders
- Mention the phone numbers and working ours if you support phone
- Give your best email to get order
Manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP)
Products or goods purchased from Gachala Skincare Company shall only be sold at the manufacturer’s (company) suggested retail price (MSRP). In the event the Wholesale Account chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, the Wholesale Account shall not discount the products more than 15% below MSRP. Permission for special sale events beyond the 15% discount by the Wholesale Account must be requested in writing to Gachala Skincare Head office and will be granted or not, on a semi-annual basis.
Wholesale Pricing offered by you as a Wholesale Distributor, to your own customers.
Gachala Skincare suggest the following order of created wholesale pricing for the manufacturer’s products:
If all prices on Wholesaler website or in the Wholesaler Catalogue are listed in CAD or US dollars, all authorized retailers will receive 30% off the MSRP, plus the cost of shipping. Wholesaler Distributor designated trade clients are suggested to receive 15% off the MSRP, plus the cost of shipping. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Returns
There is NO returns must be accepted on any and every open Gachala Skincare product/s. For any goods returned unopen but claimed by the wholesale customers as ‘unsuitable’ there is a re-stocking charge of 15% plus shipping, chargeable to the wholesaler customer.
Payments
Gachala Skincare Company accept the payments by credit card (MasterCard, Visa) and PayPal.
Net 30 Terms
Gachala Skincare Company does NOT provide the Wholesale Distributor/s with Net 30 Terms. All the Orders must be purchased directly from the Gachala Skincare Company head office or pre-paid before order is delivered. It is Wholesaler total responsibility to offer its customers Net 30 Term, and Gachala Skincare Company is NOT responsible and has NO Legal obligations for any agreement on Wholesaler behalf.
Delivery Window
Please allow at least 10-14 days from the time of your Wholesale order for completion of items. Larger orders may require more time; please contact Gachala Skincare Head office for information about availability.
Shipping
How Wholesale Distributor intend to manage your shipping costs?
First order with us at a value of $500 USD with us shipping cost will be cover to USA and CANADA
First order with is worldwide at a value of $500 USD 50% shipping cost is covered by us.
We do not cover shipping costs for recurring orders. We will give you a shipping quote depending on your preferred shipping method and provider.
Shipping International Orders
The International Orders will be shipped to the Gachala Wholesale Distributors located outside of Canada in about 2-4 weeks since the Wholesale Order is placed. The Wholesale Distributor will be requested to pay for the shipping and additional Insurance as well.
